Francine Rhenquist is a bully who moved to Springfield Elementary School.
History
When Francine started she was alone, Lisa went up to talk to her but got punched in the face. Francine then bit Lisa's Malibu Stacey doll's head off and then shoved her in her locker with Milhouse and Ralph.
Her last name was revealed in "Little Girl in the Big Ten", where it is seen on Brunella Pommelhorst's gym class list.
