Billy is son to the owner of Gasso.
History
When Homer was at the gas station to check his car after he heard a thumping noise, and thought that it was the transmission, but instead was the heart. After Homer run away ask Billy to his father "Where's he going?", and his father replied, "Remember That Old Plymouth we just coldn't fix? ". Billy asked then to his father "We're going to sell heaven to Mr. Nikapoloplus?". His father reply "You're a dull boy".
