Wanda is a girl who has been in the same class as Lisa since Kindergarten.
History
She was worked at the local babysitting union to monitor the new babysitter. She believed that Maggie was the baby Lisa was babysitting instead of Kelly. She called the manager and changed the description of Kelly so that she instead described Maggie.
