Shamu was a performing whale who was, at one point, being held at Moe's Tavern.
History
When Fox Mulder and Dana Scully turned up at Moe's and revealed themselves to be FBI agents, Moe tells the guys in the back room to get Shamu out of there, back to SeaWorld.
Later, near a forest, Moe and the other guys are seen carrying Shamu away before they are noticed by Fox and Dana and hurry past them.
