Andre is an archangel of Heaven.
History
When Homer dreams of Heaven after falling asleep, Andre comes to him as his concierge and tour guide. He recommends to Homer to take a nature walk, pedicure and wearing clothes. He tells Homer not to use Leprechaun labor. He later shows Homer to God.
