The Joker is a person who is seen around Springfield occasionally.

History[edit]

He was standing in line to get Beatrice Simmons' inheritance when Grampa offered it out to anyone.^[1]

During the song "High to Be Loathed", Mr. Burns mentioned The Joker and made his shadow, among lots of other villains.^[2]

In a mash-up by Bart with Bob Fosse and The Joker, you got Insane Clown Fosse.^[3]
