He was standing in line to get Beatrice Simmons' inheritance when Grampa offered it out to anyone.[1]
During the song "High to Be Loathed", Mr. Burns mentioned The Joker and made his shadow, among lots of other villains.[2]
In a mash-up by Bart with Bob Fosse and The Joker, you got Insane Clown Fosse.[3]
