Character Information
|
Henri Schtroumphson is a door-to-door waffle salesman in the Belgian Simpsons Comics.
History
Henri Schtroumphson went door-to-door selling waffles unsuccessfully, as most people didn't care for American breakfast foods. Every time he failed to make a sale, the porch he was standing on collapsed. Due to this, Baron von Burnswaffle thought that Henri was eating the waffles, which he denied. That evening, Henri had dinner with his family, where he told them about what was happening to him at work. Bartbart and Lislis thought that it was a mystery to be solved, so they went to get their gang together.
Bartbart and Lislis followed Henri around while he worked the next day. On his rounds, Henri became nervous, and when he became nervous, he ate. However, he resisted eating the waffles because it was against the employee code. He then ate French fries off the floor instead. Henri then went to Jean-Claude Van Damme's house to sell him waffles. Bartbart, Lislis, and their gang then witnessed Snerfs demolishing the porch from underneath Henri. While most of them fled, Santy managed to catch one. Jean-Claude Van Damme bought all the waffles that Henri was selling, which saved Henri's job and family. Henri was promoted to regional waffle marshall for the north provinces. The balcony that he was standing on then collapsed, dropping him into the water.
