Otto is a character played by Krusty the Clown and the protagonist of the film Jerk Win$ Lotto.
History[edit]
Krusty played Otto, a man who received a lottery ticket from his friends on his birthday and won. Krusty edged out Kevin James for the role of Otto. On the night of the premiere, Kevin James was heard saying that he had really dodged a bullet.
