Madman Mort is a man who lives in the woods near Camp Deadly.
History
Madman Mort lived in the woods near Camp Deadly, and snares had been set up to catch him. While playing capture the flag, Bart could find Mort caught in a snare and release him. If he did so, Mort would later help keep Nelson pinned down so Bart could defeat him.
