Olav Gustavson is the master of heraldry for the Royal House in Sweden.
History
When it was suspected that Waylon Smithers was the last living relative of the King of Sweden, Olav Gustavson led the delegation who went to visit Smithers to tell him this. Olav told Smithers that the current King of Sweden was at death's door and that Smithers looked almost exactly like the King.
When Smithers renounced the crown, claiming that the blood tests proved he wasn't the heir, Dr. Hibbert was shocked because the blood tests proved that Smithers was actually the heir. Olav informed the doctor that the King of Sweden had died that morning.
