Synopsis[edit]

When Marge encounters her old teacher, Bart is surprised to learn that she is afraid of his mom. Bart then discovers Marge's past as the class bad kid. While Bart gains new respect for his mom and elevates his prank game, Marge doesn't want her son to inherit the same reputation she has carried through life. Meanwhile, Lisa gets Homer interested in vegetarian cooking.

At the Springfield Retirement Castle, Grampa gathers the residents to make an announcement: they will march to victory against their shuffleboard rivals, the Golden Exits Retirement Farm team. The scene shifts to the Springfield YMCA, where the match is set to take place.
