Kliff is the owner of Kliff's Kar Chalet.
History[edit]
When the people of Springfield raised money for the Simpson family because they thought a burglar had stolen from them on Christmas morning, the Simpsons went to Kliff's Kar Chalet to spend the money on a new car. Kliff took advantage of them by claiming the car Homer wanted to buy was $15,000 instead of $12,000 and added some overpriced undercoating. Bart, who felt guilty, wanted to donate the money to charity instead. Kliff kept jabbing Bart with his pen to make him stop talking.
