The Proclamation of Decoration is an event-exclusive quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Springfield Heights Chapter 2 content update as a teaser for the Winter 2015 content update, where it was also available.

Task: "Make Ned Decorate His House". The job takes place at Flanders House and takes 30 seconds.
