Mrs. Risotto is the mother of Luigi. She is a fortune teller.[1]

When Homer eat at Luigi's so much so he starting making Luigi broke starting Luigi Risotto's mother be upset.[2]
When Marge told Homer that he could eat anything he wanted at Luigi's, Luigi called on his mother, who was at Bingo, to help out.[3]
Mrs. Risotto seemed to hate the relationship that Waylon Smithers and Michael de Graaf had, even though her son was supportive over it. Eventually, Mrs. Risotto admitted to her son that she liked women, and hated herself because of that. Luigi told her that he loved her still. Mrs. Risotto then started to explain that she used to have a pillow of Gina Lollobrigida, until Luigi stopped her from continuing.[4]
