Perkins is a chief.
History
Perkins was sending McBain, Aussie Steve, Tyson Neil Degrasse, and Kicking Chicken on a hunt of Dr. Malevolent in Bolivia. Everyone except McBain was killed. Perkins makes McBain his daughter's bodyguard after receiving death threats from Dr. Malevolent. McBain defeats Dr. Malevolent which is when Perkins reveals his daughter is really Agent Milano working undercover.
