Sam Malone is the owner of a bar.
History
Homer was banned from Moe's and visited the bar that Sammy owns. Sammy was preparing himself for a date with two twins and talking to the bartender Carla. He planned to do it on the same night he was supposed to marry Diane without Rebecca knowing. He made a bet with Carla and said that if this affected his major-league comeback, he'll sell the bar.
