Continuity

  • This episode has an alternate version of "Cape Feare", where Sideshow Bob finally kills Bart successfully, unlike the original episode where he gets arrested by the police before his attempt to kill Bart.
    • At the begging of the flashback, it shows the date of October 7, 1993, which is the date the original "Cape Feare" episode was premiered.
    • The flashback was presented in 4:3 aspect ratio, but it was later changed to 16:9 (removing vertical black bars) when it presents events that never happened in the original episode.
