Amid bin Laden[1] is the father of Bashir bin Laden and husband of Mina bin Laden.
History[edit]
His job is to destroy old, run down buildings, which Homer mistakes for him being a terrorist due to hearing parts of his conversation with his wife.
He says his job is harder than it looks as he has to position the bomb in a strategic position to blow up the whole building. His demolition of the old Springfield Mall went wrong as Homer threw the bomb into the river, blowing up the bridge to the Duff Beer brewery.
