History
He was driving on a segway when he got caught on a mast and got stuck. A woman then stapled a lost dog poster to his head then the lost dog came along and peed on him.
Behind the Laughter
Paul Flart is a parody of Paul Blart, the title character in Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
