Hassan Jay Salam was a suspect in an attempt to destroy the First Church of Springfield.
History
When Homer and Bart built a model rocket, it crashed into the Springfield Church. The rocket is labeled HJS and the police arrested Hassan Jay Salam after they suspected that he was the one who attempted to destroyed the church. When he got arrested, he tried to explain to the police that he loves America.
