Morton "Morty Mann" Mankiewicz is the creator of Radioactive Man.
History[edit]
He lives at Springfield Retirement Castle. He created the cornerstone of a merchandising empire, but he was forced to sell the rights to the publisher for $250. After Bart discovered the publisher wants to kill Radioactive Man, he contacted Morty Mann and together they get the publisher to not kill the character.
