The Annex Administrator is a person who signs people up to teach at the Adult Education Annex. Homer, astounded that Lenny can teach a course at the Adult Education Annex, seeks the opportunity to teach. In a meeting with the Annex Administrator, Homer is asked what his qualifications are to which he replied, "I can tell the difference between butter and 'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!'" When challenged, Homer admits that he indeed cannot tell the difference between butter and "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter!" He is eventually offered a class to teach the secrets of a successful marriage.
