Presenting Eastern Europe's Favorite Cartoon Cat and Mouse Team: Worker and Parasite! is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #29.
Plot[edit]
Worker gives a speech in which he tries to persuade Parasite to join a revolution by promising such things as "an end to class struggles," "freedom for the downtrodden laborer," and "the destruction of our bourgeoisie oppressors."
Parasite, however, is completely uninterested in Worker's speech because all he wants is the cheese that Worker is carrying. Frustrated that Worker ignores his requests for cheese, Parasite grabs a hammer off the wall and smashes Worker's foot. Worker quickly states that every citizen "will be rationed much government cheese," which pleases Parasite.
