The Severed Arms is an apartment building in the Itchy & Scratchy universe.
History
Scratchy lived in an apartment in The Severed Arms. After he quit The Itchy & Scratchy Show, Itchy went to his apartment to cause him harm in an attempt to get Scratchy to return to the show.
