Who Shot Mr. Burns?

I'm curious is "Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part Two)" a rollover episode? I thought it was always planned for it to air in Season 7.Bleedinggumsmurphy1 (talk) 03:51, September 27, 2015 (EDT)
