History
By 2010, The Rolling Stones were still performing and touring under the name "Steel Wheelchair Tour 2010." The tour was well known enough to be featured on posters displayed in university dormitories. Lisa Simpson and Hugh Parkfield were both admirers of the band, though they jokingly claimed their appreciation stemmed not from the music itself but from the group's efforts to preserve historic buildings.
