The Germ Warfare Laboratory was a research facility owned by Charles Montgomery Burns that housed dangerous disease-causing germs.
History
During the late 1960s, the Springfield Seven infiltrated Charles Montgomery Burns' Germ Warfare Laboratory and attempted to destroy it. Instead of exploding, their device released antibiotics into the air, killing the laboratory's germs. As the group fled, Mona Simpson stopped to help Burns, allowing him to identify her and forcing her into hiding for the next twenty-seven years. Twenty-seven years later, after discovering that Mona Simpson was still alive, Burns alerted the FBI and renewed his efforts to bring her to justice for her role in the laboratory incident.
