History
At a School Dance, the 5th grade girl asked Bart to dance with her. Three tubes of Clearazit appeared in the back of the girl and created the Puberty Demon with some paste they shot. The Demon had some acne on its face.

Clearazit is a reference to Clearasil, an American brand of skin care medication.
