Talk Cootie To Me is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #99.
One of the Mackleberry twins complains to Edna that she is sitting next to Milhouse and he has cooties. Milhouse starts to fantasize that Seymour Skinner hears her telling Edna that he has cooties, and starts an alarm. A team of men in protective suits enter the classroom. One of them takes off his mask and turns out to be Dr. Nick, who tells them that cooties are terrible and they eat away your social life, but he has a solution. He gives Milhouse a protective bubble-suit, which he must wear for the rest of his life. Milhouse likes the suit. Milhouse wakes up from his dream and tells the class that cooties are awesome.
