Adil is a boy who swaps live with Bart for 3 Mounths in the episode The Crepes of Wrath, He seems like a nice boy until the family find out he is a spy under a alias of 'Sparrow', While Adil at Springfield is happy, While Bart in France is having a awful time, doing awful stuff for his to new parents, They make Bart deliver something in the rain when he spots a French policemen, Bart trys to communicate to him, But all the man does is talk in French and give Bart Candy, Bart start talking to himself how in the amount of time he's been in france he hasn't learnt a word, & then Bart] start talking French to the man and the man gets help and has the two men taking care of Bart arrested.
