Wind Chimes is a store that sells wind chimes in Springfield.

History

Marge drove past the store so fast that the chimes all flailed in her direction and chimed. The store then set on fire.

It was later revealed that Lou's sister owned the store, which is why she couldn't attend the Van Houten family vacation in Costa Rica.
