Arthur Fortune is the owner of The Fortune Megastore. He gave the Springfieldians free money. His lines include: "Hello, Springfield," "Who wants a dollar?", and "Oh, what the heck? Dollars for everyone!" He is voiced by Dan Castellaneta.
