Pepi

Pepi is a poor boy who became Homer's little brother in the episode "Brother From the Same Planet". In the episode, Bart joins the Bigger Brother program and is assigned to Tom. In revenge, Homer signs up as well and gets Pepi. At the end of the episode he becomes Tom's little brother.
