Shelbyville Orphanage is an orphanage in Shelbyville. It's previous location is now a gas station and it can now be found across the street from its previous location. It was the orphanage that Homer's half-brother Herbert Powell was adopted from. It was also the home of Donny, where Seymour Skinner and Superintendant Chalmers found him to be their snitch to stop Bart's pranks.
