The Level 44 content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out is set to be released in early September 2014.

On Facebook on September 5, 2014 a string of numbers was posted along with a teaser:

A hacker's on the loose in Springfield and not even your deepest, darkest thoughts are safe. Especially that one you're thinking right now. And seriously, that's disgusting. Stay tuned for Level 44 and a new update to find out what this hacker wants!

It was found that the numbers, were ASCII for "Database", implying the character Database would be implemented.

The level up message is Miss Hoover saying "You are still playing at Level 44? The kids have every right to make fun of you!".
