History
When Clancy Wiggum kinda feel sorry for the Wiccans crammed in the back seat he asked Lou to toss them a Judy Blume novel. Lou told him att all he got is Wifey. Clancy was then mad for the budget cuts had made so they had nothing with kids in it.
