it starts off with all of Springfield at the demolishing of the Monty Burns casino from a previous episode while this took place Bart annouced that he can't wait to see the implosin witch the counsturction worker was a unawre about seconds later he pushed down on the handle causeing the building to eaisly coulapse causing Springfield to be ingulfed by mountin high smoke. while driving away Marge suggested to Homer that he should get the car washed he rufes til lenny pulls up right next to the car and suggests that he should get his car washed he drives there immedaitly.While there Marge notices that they have her favroite music on sale.while paying for the wash Homer notices that Ned only has to pay for only $5 instead of the $10 fee because he used a senoir citzen discount card.Homer thinks that fglanders is not 55 and thinks thats a big gyp. the next day at church Homer inturrups the donaition time to annouce the Flanders is a big shyster but by the end of Homers Sensless rambling. Ned annouces that he is acculty 60 years old. after that people ask him how he stays so young looking.ned says its none of those thing is just living a clean urgeless life.people start asking him questions such as you never syole anything,or you never shoved a cake down your mouth
