Rigel 7

Rigel 7 is a planet from which the Rigellians come from. They speak the Rigellian language, which by coincidence, is exactly the same as English. Rigel 7 is the home planet of Kang and Kodos. The other inhabitants of Rigel seem to be similar in appearance to Kang and Kodos. Other inhabitants include Serak the Preparer, and presumably Mr. Sulu, the Submarine operator of the U.S.S Jebediah[1]
