Pigeon-Rat

The Pigeon-Rat was a creation by Hugo, who is Bart's evil twin brother. He created it by sewing the back of a pidgeon to the back of a rat. The Pigeon helped out the rat by flying, and the rat did bywalking when the pigeon fell into the wall.
