The Itchy & Scratchy animation cel is an animation cel from The Itchy & Scratchy Show.
History
One evening, Bart watched a show on the Impulse Buying Network, hosted by Troy McClure, on his portable TV. On the show, Roger Meyers, Jr. advertised an Itchy & Scratchy animation cel, a limited edition with 800,000 copies, and promised that the animation cel was to increase in value. Bart wanted to obtain the cel, so he bumped into Homer in the hallway and apologized. Bart stole Homer's wallet and Homer stole Bart's slingshot. Bart then rung up the show and ordered the cel as "Homer Simpson" with Homer's Visa card. One day, Bart was reading a Radioactive Man comic book and the doorbell rung. Bart answered the door as Homer, and got a punch in the nose for writing letters to Mr. Sinatra. Bart answered the doorbell again and the Squeaky Voiced Teen gave Bart another punch in the nose for stealing golf balls from the driving range. The doorbell rung again, but Bart ignored it. The delivery guy shouted that Homer had a special delivery. Bart looked through the letterbox and saw the delivery guy hold the cylinder box for the animation cel. The box bore the label "Do Not Roll". Bart opened the door and the delivery guy handed Bart the box. He then received a third punch in the nose for keeping the delivery guy waiting. On the sofa, Bart opened the box in front of Lisa, but as Lisa started getting excited, they both found that the cel bore Scratchy's arm and nothing else. Lisa asked how much the cel was and Bart says that it cost $350. Later, Bart asked Comic Book Guy whether the cel was worth anything. Comic Book Guy said no, but offered Bart a telephone shaped like Mary Worth.
When Mr. Burns dropped by to greet Fred Flintsone and his wife Wilbur, Bart threatened to ruin Burns' suit by squeezing ketchup and mustard over it. Bart squeezed mustard over Burns' suit and Burns gave Bart the money. That evening, Bart told Homer about charging his credit card $350. Homer freaked out, but Bart gave Homer the money and ran off. Bart told himself that he's keeping the Mary Worth phone so he can be reminded never to do something as stupid as what he did again. Milhouse rung Bart up and asked him if he wanted to play with the X-ray machine in the abandoned hospital. Bart says "Sure!" and hung up.
