Good Night was the first Simpsons short that aired on The Tracy Ullman Show on April 19, 1987

the first simpsons epdisode was the worst of all. it consisted of nothing more then a demented face tucking in a boy n girl.

• This short appeared in The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular.

• It was also released as a bonus feature on the Season 1 DVD Box Set.

• All of the characters are unnamed except for Lisa.

• This short edited into "Random House Favorite Stories" on DVD.

• Although Maggie speaks in this short, this isn't considered her first word.
