Neil Patrick Harris (born June 15, 1973) is an American actor, director, magician, and singer, best known for his role as Douglas Howser on Doogie Howser, M.D. and as Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother. He voiced himself in the season 3 episode "Bart the Murderer".
