On the Bubble is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 153.
Plot
Bart, Homer, and Grampa goes to Suds-N-Duds Laundromat, after Homer destroyed the laundry by mixing cement in it. Homer begins to wash, while watching Bart jealous out the window and sees that his friends having fun. When Homer has started all the machines, he goes off to Moe's and asks Bart to dry the clothes when they are ready. Bart decides to have some fun in the laundry room, he fills a machine with a whole laundry detergent package and the whole room begins to fill with foam. Grampa takes off her clothes and begins to wash himself and Bart do the same with all of the machines. The children, which playing outside see that any fun going on in there and go into the room and starts playing with the foam.
The responsible for the local, [[Rafael] came and yelled to Bart for what he didm but he defends himself by saying that he paid for the detergent, of course is also the machine broken but because he is only a child, he hasn't afford to repair the damage. Homer comes in learns what has happened, but he refuses to pay for it and think Bart will work off the debt. Disco Stu came then, and he wants to arrange a party there. Bart saids it's okey for $20 by head. The party starts and Rafael are pleased to get paid from Bart. They leave the room while the party continues, Homer is mad on Grampa when they leave the local for his still naked.
