Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21, 1956) is an English actress, best known for his role as Samantha Jones on Sex and the City. She voiced Chloe Talbot in the season 16 episode "She Used to Be My Girl" and the Fourth Simpson Child in the season 21 episode "O Brother, Where Bart Thou?".
