Fort Fragg is a United States Army Base in Springfield. Bart—suffering paranoia from by the behavior-modification drug Focusyn—infiltrated the base, and hijacked a tank, driving it through Springfield. He stopped at Springfield Elementary School when he ran out of fuel. Marge pled with Bart to get of the tank, to which Bart said he would after blowing up one thing.
