Norway is a country in Europe. Krusty was firstly told that he was going to win the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, but this was a lie to get him to The Netherlands. One Norwegian foreign exchange student came over to North Havenbrook, and later impregnated Darcy, but he left back to Norway (or "Norwegia," as Darcy said) by the time she realized that she was pregnant.
