Helmut Kohl is a German politician and former Chancellor of Germany.

When former president George H. W. Bush moved to Evergreen Terrace, Bart Simpson woke him up by blowing an alpenhorn Kohl had given to Bush, and dropped it to the floor when Bush asked him not to touch it.[1]
