Devan was the Older Half-Brother of Simon Woosterfield, He and his sister Quinley were always trying to kill him to get the family fortune

Bart Simpson Switched places with simon and was almost killed at a ski resort by sliding down an expert track, Devan and Quinley thought he was dead and Quinley may have Poisoned him with a potato when he mentioned splitting the money 50/50

His only Appearance was in the episode Double Double Boy in Trouble
