The Sadsons is an animated show created by Homer Simpson.

History[edit]

As a teenager, Homer Simpson hit his head in the Springfield High School bathroom and went unconscious. During the five minutes he was out, he had a dream where he got married to Marge and had three children, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. When he woke up, he realized that his entire life had been a dream. A few years later, Homer was given an idea by Barney and started to work on creating a TV show based on his dreams.

Thirty years later, The Sadsons had become a cultural phenomenon and had spawned merchandise and a movie. Homer, animator and director David Silverman, and writers Matt Selman and Carolyn Omine hosted a panel for The Sadsons at Cartoon Con. During the panel, Homer became drunk. When he was asked what state Springfield was in, he promptly responded with "Oregon", which confused the host because he thought it was a mythical place that could be anywhere. Homer then took questions from the audience. One person asked if they had any other episodes with Hank Scorpio coming up, but Homer became annoyed and told him that he had only met Hank Scorpio once, so any more episodes featuring him would be lies. Another audience member told Homer that he wrote Sadsons fan fiction where Homer fell in love with Selma. This drew Homer into a rage because that was something he would never do, and he started strangling the audience member, before being pulled off by Barney. As Homer was dragged off the stage, he grabbed the figure of Marge and tried kissing her, but accidentally pulled her head off.
