Nelson Circuit Race: Across from the fire truck next to the Popsicle Stick Skyscraper.
Ralph District Checkpoint Race: In front of the Springfield County Court House.

The reward for completing all three street races is the El Carro Loco.

Louie Wager Race: Next to a "For Sale" building near the Krusty Burger opposite the Springfield Police Station.

Flaming Moe glasses (from "Flaming Moe's"), in Moe's, they burn when touched.
Camera, in the Department of Motor Vehicles, its flash blinds Hans Moleman when a photo is taken.
Dumpster, at the back of the downtown Krusty Burger, Otto's voice is heard when kicked.

Clothing

Every level contains shirt-shaped icons where clothes can be purchased. These are the costumes for this level:

Every level contains several vehicles. One is the main vehicle, one is hidden, some can be purchased, some must be earned, and others drive around the streets. These are the vehicles in this level.

Longhorn: the main vehicle of the level.
Cola Truck: purchased from Gil for 350 coins.
Police Car: purchased from Gil for 425 coins.
Car Built For Homer: purchased from Homer for 500 coins.
El Carro Loco: earned by completing all three street races.
Hover Car: earned by completing Professor Frink's bonus mission.
